Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, technically necessary server logs (IP address, time, requested file, user agent) are processed to deliver the site and prevent attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).

No cookies, no tracking

This site uses no analytics cookies and no ad tracking, so there is no cookie banner. Fonts are served locally, not from Google servers.

Contact form

If you use our form, we process the data you enter (name, organisation, email, location, type of event, preferred date, number of participants, language, message) to answer your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We delete the data once the request is completed and no statutory retention applies (usually after 6 months). To deliver the request we use the form service Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India) as a data processor; the transfer relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses and a data processing agreement is in place. For spam prevention the IP address and email address may be sent to CleanTalk and Akismet. Web3Forms deletes submissions after three years at the latest.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address and the time of subscription with our mailing provider Kit (Kit Inc., USA) in order to send you occasional news about the film (screenings, streaming release, festivals). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email; we then delete your address from the mailing list. For transfers to the USA we rely on Kit’s standard contractual clauses. When you subscribe we also store your language (de/en/fr/es) and the page you subscribed from, so that we can write to you in the right language.

External links and video

The trailer is served from our own server. Links to Apple TV, IMDb, TMDb and press pages lead to third-party services whose privacy policies apply.
